Essential Information about this Site
Currently the Middle Level Commissioners have no presence on the internet. The material presented on this site is taken mainly from leaflets and guidance notes provided to the public by the Middle Level Commissioners. In some cases this has been supplemented with information provided in telephone conversations with officals of the MLC. It is published here, by Greg Chapman, with the consent of the Clerk to the Commissioners. Greg has no connection with the Middle Level Commissioners, other than as a user of the waterways which they manage.
The documents on this site are designed to download as fast as possible and, within that constraint should, as far as is possible, appear to reflect the format of the original leaflets and notes.
All material here is provided in good faith by Greg Chapman, the webmaster. However, he cannot be held responsible if the documents here do not reflect those currently issued by the Middle Level Commissioners.
