The text reports excellent moorings east of the lock, opposite the Waterways Museum.  These moorings are unsafe (Vandals), and the Waterways Museum has closed. The best moorings are alongside Sainsbury's.

There are missing Water Symbols (and Mooring symbols in the 1997 edition) just north of the bridge to indicate the BW pontoon moorings on the west bank

On the east bank is BW's Kings Marina with free 48 hour mooring and excellent facilties.

Waitrose is only 5 minutes walk and the Town centre 10 minutes.  The main text should be amended to include these.

The Mooring symbol on the east bank, just south of the bridge, (missing in the 1997 edition) indicates a BW 7hr mooring pontoon.

There is an island 300yds north of where the power lines cross the river north of the village.  Keep to the east of this.
